Very fair priced and wonderful to deal with, very nice up front person and the techs are knowledgeable and very nice, they built a maintenance plan for my car so I don't have to deal with any major repairs and if I do have a major repair I'm covered on there vavoline maintenance plan! Very happy customer!!!

They went above and beyond to help me out, including staying hours late to get my car done for a trip the next day. They took time to explain everything to me and showed me everything they were talking about. And when the problem turned out more problematic then was originally thought, they still honored their original quote!! Highly recommend!!

Jeremy is the best! I’ve gone to him for years. Tonight he went above and beyond by answering his cell at 9pm when my car unexpectedly stopped working. Tried to talk me through things over the phone but then remembered I had AAA, and said get them to tow it to his shop and he will meet me there so I could use his loaner vehicle until he could fix mine. He is the nicest friendliest person and the guys in the shop are also pretty cool and efficient. They will never lose my business, even though I live in Columbia and this is in Jeff City.

I took my car here after taking it somewhere else and them not being able to figure out or even try to figure out why I was getting gas in my oil and these guys did an awesome job and the pricing was way under what I thought I'd have to pay! Jeremy is an honest guy and I have found a shop that I will continue to go for any work needing to be done on my car. These guys are awesome!!! Will recommend to anyone that needs work done!!

I brought my KIA in because of a check engine light. After several fruitless attempts at diagnosing the problem, we discovered that the engine was fried due to a timing issue. Total bummer. However, Jeremy the owner worked with me on the cost of the work he had already done attempting to diagnose and we came to a conclusion that was really amenable and generous. It is very rare to work with a mechanic service with this much integrity. I will absolutely be returning for maintenance on my other vehicles. Five stars.

I recently took my car into Professional Automotive to get an inspection done and they were very reasonable on pricing, and fast despite being very busy. I’ve taken my car there several times now and have no complaints and will continue to use them for all my automotive needs!

Professional automotive is amazing! They got all the work done in a timely matter, granite they were busy, had quite a bit of work to do, but they got me in n out, explained what was wrong thoroughly, repairs were done right and the customer service was just outstanding.
