Very quick, and professional service. My exhaust was done there, and it sounds immaculate!

Fast and courteous service. I dealt with Casey and he was exceptional in taking care of my needs and explaining what they needed to do before they did the work.

The guys here are upfront and honest about everything they needed to do to your vehicle. They did their best to help minimize the cost and I give you the option to fix now or later. I will be taking my vehicle back to them anytime I need something done.

Service was great and they was able to work with my budget car got in and out.

The best aspect of professional automotive service that i like, is that they test drive your car with you and take the time so you can show them were the noises is occurring. This is the only mechanic shop that i have had willing to do that.

Fast oil change and friendly customer service by Casey. One thing I didn’t appreciate was hearing the garage mechanic call my vehicle a POS because he didn’t like the make and model. I questioned the comment and Casey politely explained the mechanic’s point of view but I still feel they should be aware that the customer can hear them talking in the garage.

Jeremy and his staff are excellent mechanics. There customer service is above and beyond. I would not hesitate to go back to Professional Automotive for service with any of my vehicles.

Had my oil changed and requested they look at a rubber smell I was having. Knowledge team, polite/friendly. Changed my oil, aired up tires, told me about a gasket leak and took a ride with me to see if the smell was still there as it had went away. No pressure sales on anything. Even suggested I take the truck back to Chevy on the gasket since it was still under warranty. Would recommend.
