I can’t recommend this place enough!! As a female, it has taken me a long time to find a place that I feel like honestly works with me to get only the problems I need on my vehicles fixed. In the past I’ve taken my vehicles to shops around the Jefferson City area to be diagnosed with tons of different things that may not be necessary or be related to the problem I am experiencing. With Professional Automotive however, they thoroughly explain the problems I am having with my vehicles and treat me with respect. They also get me in within a week of when I call them. This is my go to place if I’m having any vehicle problem!

Very professional as the company name suggests. Gave me pricing upfront to the cent and no hidden ‘well we had to also replace such and such’ you get at other shops.

Wife and I was traveling home from her surgery, our VW lost oil pressure and they had me up and running in less than a day. And the price was so reasonable compared to others in the area. Would highly recommend!

In a world where people are skeptical of auto repair shops... you really don’t have to question these guys. I am actually impressed with their commitment to the customer every single time I walk in there.
